baby shower ideas

hey! it just so happens that i went to a baby shower on sat. it was for my sister in law. on the way over madison asked me if i thought that her grandma would be there and i said i am sure she will be. she asked how i knew that. i told her that if she was the one having the baby i would for sure be there for her. she answered, yeah, i guess your right, unless you were dead then you wouldn't be. so that was my conversation with my sweet little girl! anyways, this was a baby shower with to many games (i prefer the ones without, except, of course yours leslie which i have to say was so well done). of couse they did the guess how big her stomach was with yarn and the remember all the items on the tray thing. the best one they did was when you came in you were given 5 little plastic baby diaper pins and if you said the word baby someone could take one of your pins and visa versa (i won). the person with the most pins wins some sort of prize. they also did a quiz of naming baby animals (ex. horse = colt). so thats all i have for you. and my advice on your baby lie - if you see her again just own up to it, if she is cool she'll think it is funny. i think it is funny and i am pretty cool! later - holly
