baby shower

Ok, another thing I could use some help on. I'm helping to throw my sister in law a baby shower at my parents house...any cute ideas? I think I might steal Heather's idea of decorating onesies :) But, have there been any other cute or fun baby shower games/decorations/etc that you've come across?
